What is Careprost?

Careprost contains the active ingredient Bimatoprost 0.03%.  Careprost was originally prescribed for the treatment of Glaucoma.  However, doctors discovered that while it was effective for the treatment of Glaucoma, Bimatoprost 0.03% also caused patients to grow longer, thicker, and darker lashes.  After this amazing discovery, Careprost was rebranded as Latisse and approved to be sold as a cosmetic solution for sparse or inadequate eyelashes. 

 

Whats the difference between Careprost and Latisse?

Great Question!  There is no difference except price.  Both Latisse and Careprost have the same exact ingredients.  However, Careprost is significantly less expensive than Latisse while producing the same great results.  Please note:  Although both products contain the same active ingedient, Careprost is not marketed as a lash enhancing serum.
